  12. Someone who acts annoying.
  13. You are High.
Urban Dictionary is written by the people who read it, people can write the true meaning, the “slang” meaning, or the completely fabricated meaning.  As you can see some totally ridiculous, some hilarious.

    I am definitely #2. It is rainy and cold today, which is a good excuse to snuggle up in a blankie and read a good book or take a nap!! Have a great evening!
