Today in my nosey travels through the blog world I found this lovely post over at the Inspired Room called 20 Things To Treasure in Autumn.  I’ve decided to post my autumn treasures.  If you would like to participate go on over there and check it out!

1.  Obviously the COLORS they are all so beautiful and just truly warm your heart.

2.  Homemade Soups and Stews

3.  Apple Cinnamon Fragrances

4.  Jeans and Sweatshirts nothing better then being able to throw on your favorites and heading out the door.  So much upkeep with summer fashion.

5.  Preparing for the Holidays

6.  The DECOR autumn and christmas have the best decorations.

7.  Being able to drink HOT COCOA without looking like you lost your mind.

8.  We don’t have many of these but BONFIRES to warm and light up the cold nights.

9.  Blankets, Blankets, Blankets to cozy up under on the bed.  Some of us even have a favorite one.

10.  A reason to light the CANDLES.

11.  Baking lets face it there is just something a little more special about baking when it’s chilly outside.

12.  A WARM HOUSE after being out in the cold.

13.  The prospect that SNOW is near.

14.  A comfy couch and a good MOVIE.

15.  Knowing that you don’t have to “spring clean” for several months.

16.  The serene PICTURES we take for wordless wednesdays.

17.  Apples and Pumpkins at the orchards.

18.  Hayrides wish I got to take more of these…it has been quite some time.

19.  Digging out the tree and ornaments.

20.  Blogging about the whole thing all along the way.

    I enjoyed reading your fall list. Some I ahdn’t thought of but I amso greatful for a warm home.

    Great list…i had to laugh about the hot cocoa. I had TWO cups of hot cocoa the other day. One in the morning mixed with my coffee and then another time later in the day. And I even squirted some whipped cream on top both times. It was HEAVENLY. NO guilt, it is fall! 🙂
